Hemisphere Round Chandelier 36″

The fixture’s winged armature holds a hemisphere of cross-cut glass aloft, reminiscent of the flying buttresses of this 12th-century building. The heavy dome, lathe-carved from a solid block of crystal and then hand-polished, mirrors the delicate curves of the solid brass frame, which is at once fixed and fluid, sturdy and fragile. As an object in space, its silhouette creates a curtain of light overhead.
