Lathe-carved from a solid block of crystal and then hand-polished, the glass torch’s graduated thickness captures the delicate contours of the petals while radiating a warm, atmospheric glow. An understated brass stand anchors the fluid form, reminiscent of the stems that hold the blossoms in space.

1. Are your products the same as the famous brands?

We just use the same materials, colors, sizes, and production process. We have our own factory to produce and manufacture these lamps.

 

2. Why are your prices so cheap?

We closed all our offline stores in 2020 to focus on online sales. All our costs have been reduced. Our products come from our own factories.

Therefore, we keep our prices reasonable while giving our customers the highest standard of product quality.

 

3. After I receive the lamp, can I return it if I don't like it?

We support a refund after you receive the product, but you need to ship it to our designated shipping address at your own expense, and we will start refunding after we receive the product

After checking that there is no problem, we will start refunding. Our refund will deduct our shipping cost and refund the principal amount of the product.

 

In order to ensure your interest and reduce the loss, we have a good plan as follows.

We will take pictures and video before shipping, and we will ship it to you after you are sure you like it, but you need to make a note or contact customer service support when you place your order to explain the situation.

 

4. Do you replace parts damaged during shipping free of charge?

Yes, we will give you free replacement parts if there is a defect in shipping or manufacturing. But you need to provide some photos and videos to prove the product is faulty.

 

5. What should I do if there is a problem during the installation?

We recommend checking if the parts of the luminaire are complete one week before the installation in advance.

Our fixtures are very easy to install and can be installed by an average electrician.

If there are some unsolvable problems during the installation process, you can contact customer service support for help. Note that violent operation is prohibited. Unless there is a very good solution.

 

6. Can I get a full refund because of quality issues?

We support full refunds due to quality issues. (Pictures are required as evidence)

We will also give you options

1). We send you a new replacement product

2). If you don't like it anymore, we'll give you a full refund.

 

7. How long does it take to receive my product?

We follow up on the package size of the product to choose the shipping method.

Package size under 40" is usually shipped by the courier company, and the delivery time is 9-14 days

Package size over 40" is generally shipped by ocean freight, with a delivery time of 23-29 days.

In the case of special products, our customer service will contact you to determine the time.

 

8. How long does it take to get shipping information?

Generally, the product will be handed over to the logistics provider after it is processed. It is greater than 1-3 days to get the logistics information after the products are handed over to the logistics provider.

 

9. Are bronze and black the same color?

Bronze and black are not the same color. If you need pure black. You need to confirm with our customer service. Because the production process is different.

 

10. I have a high ceiling? Can I customize the length of the rods or the length of the cord?

If the height of the ceiling is very high, you need to confirm the length of the rods, cord, and chain with our customer service.

We offer our customers a shopping experience by satisfaction, so we offer returns within 30 natural days (we accept returns within 30 natural days of the customer receiving the product, returns are limited to quality issues). For products purchased on our platform (excluding bulbs), have 2-year warranty.

Return conditions

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Kindly note:

  1. We offer free 30-day returns for quality problems
  2. If there are no quality problems, we need you to pay for the logistics costs and the cost of the product in storage.
  3. Any damage to the product after receipt will be replaced free of charge

 We do not support free returns or exchanges in the following cases

1.More than 30 natural days after receiving the product

2.Not caused by product quality issues

3.The product has been installed or used

4.Products and their packaging not in original condition

5.The bulb is a free gift from us and is not included in the free return service

1.Process the return

Before you initiate a return, please contact our customer service (support@mhlightings.com) and explain the reason (pictures and video are in the appendix). Once the request is successful, our customer service will give you a return information (including address, phone number and recipient information). Note: Please do not send the product directly to our shipping address, we will not refund if this problem occurs.

2.Packaging

Please make sure they are in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that all parts of all items being returned are completely sealed in their original packaging, including all original packaging materials.

3.Shipping

Prior to shipping, please take photographs of the inside and outside of the package as a record to show that the product is indeed in its original condition. We strongly recommend that you use an insured, traceable shipping method to return your items. You are free to choose the shipping company to ship the product back to us. (You must pay shipping costs in advance). (If the problem is quality related, we will refund your shipping costs). If you choose to request a signature upon shipment, please make sure the shipping company allows us to sign the back of the notice so they can reship the product without any problems.

Once shipped, please take a photo of the receipt and tracking number (if the product is damaged, be sure to attach the breakage details) and send it to us at support@mhlightings.com

Once the product is received, we will check its unused, undamaged and original packaging. When we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned, we will issue a refund within 10 business days. For non-quality issues we will only refund the original price of the product and we will deduct the shipping costs (purchase price – shipping costs). Once the return is complete, we will also send you a confirmation email.

We will issue the refund in the same way as your previous payment channel. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will also be processed via PayPal. You will receive your refund within approximately 1-2 business days. If you paid with a debit or visa card, it will take 7-10 business days. It will be returned in the same manner. If you want to get it back quickly, you can contact your local banking service.

Cancellation of orders

We understand that for some reason you want to cancel or modify your order, we can help you cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being initiated, but you cannot cancel if the goods have already been delivered to logistics. If you do not like the goods, you can initiate a return request once you have received them and cover shipping and storage costs.

 

Exchange of goods

 An exchange is the equivalent of returning the goods and repurchasing them.

Return of goods

We must receive the returned products before we can issue any refunds. If we do not receive the product for any reason, such as the customer refusing to send the product back, or the customer refusing to accept the package, causing the shipping agent to destroy the package, we will not be able to issue any refunds.

Product of defective or damaged

We will replace damaged parts in transit free of charge as long as you notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. If the damage is severe, we will replace the product free of charge. You can refer to the return procedure for details.

Thank you for your support of MH Lighting, we will provide you with the most pleasant shopping experience. Due to international shipping there may be delays. In order to track your order, please contact MH Lighting (support@mhlightings.com) so that we can provide you with an order tracking number.

Currently we only focus on the US markets. We offer Free Shipping for all orders, If your destination is not US, please contact us for more details.

Orders from US

All orders will be shipped from our Zhongshan Warehouse.

Order Processing Time:

For the stock items, the lead time will be 3-5 business days after confirmation/payment. Delay may occur for orders placed on weekends.

For customized orders, the lead time be 20-35 business days after confirmation/payment. Delay may occur for orders placed on weekends.

Our warehouse only operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In such cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

Delivery time:

Due to the package size requirements of the carrier, some items we have to transport by ocean shipping.

1. Package Size less than 40”

 The items will be shipped by DHL, Fedex, UPS. It will take 5-7 business days for delivery.

2. Package Size more than 40”

 We will choose ocean shipping according to the situation, and the ocean shipping time is about 35-45 days. We will communicate with customers in advance. If the customer’s package is oversized, but want to get the product quickly, you can contact us (support@mhlightings.com).

 

Tracking

You will receive an email when your order is shipped out. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.

Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

If you are unable to track your package properly, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Out of delivery time

If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at support@mhlightings.com and we will promptly verify the situation with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellation

We understand that for some reason you want to cancel or modify your order, we can help you cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being initiated, but you cannot cancel if the goods have already been delivered to logistics. About taxes

In a few cases, orders may be subject to customs fees charged by your government, not our website, and you will be responsible for these fees. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other country. Breakage in transit

In rare cases breakage can occur, but crushing and bumping in transit cannot be ruled out as a cause of part breakage, please contact us and we will replace the broken part for you free of charge.
