We offer free shipping on all orders shipped to the United States. We can ship via DHL or Fedex with a delivery time of 7-12 days. Delivery time for some fixtures is 25-35 days. Please ask us before ordering.Learn more about our shipping policies
Refund:
Within 30 days, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your new/unused item for a full refund. (Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is defective) Please be sure to retain the original packaging.

Warranty Policy
Product warranty: We offer a two years warranty for our products(exclude the bulbs).
Within 2 years, if there is any issues or questions about the product, please contact us at support@mhlightings.com with the pictures and the videos of the problems you are having. We will reply the emails within 12 hours, and provide our solutions for the issues you are having. If the issues are from the accessories we will send you the free replacement by express, and you will be able to receive them in 9~10 work days. If the issue is caused by the electrical circuit, our engineer will help you to solve your problems within 1~2 work days.
(please make sure using the professional electrician to install the products)
Note: Damages caused by improper use, man-made damages or natural disasters are all not covered by our warranty policy.
After 2 years, we still provide technical support to help you to solve the issues, but you will need to pay for the replacement and the technical support.
